Raymond Thomas, founder and President of EquityHeights, began investing in real estate nearly ten years ago. After graduating college, he entered the rat race of corporate America as a sales rep for a Fortune 100 company. Making great money, but working long hours and seeing 40% of his bonus checks go to uncle sam, he wanted to find a way to do something he enjoyed, make passive income and protect his financial future. That's when the world of real estate investing entered his life and he never looked back. He began purchasing rehab properties, single and mult-family rentals, apartment buildings as well as commercial properties. He remains very active in the day to day operations of the company and helps other investors reach their financial goals through seminars and mentoring. He lives in South Tampa with his wife Melody and daughter Lana Faye.
